27 - 29 April 2007: a Seminar was held in Trier, Germany, on "The expanding ADR Horizon".
It was a joint conference
of the CIArb European Branch and the ERA (Academy of European Law).
There were speakers from the UK, including two High Court Judges, and

February 2007: The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators
Journal for February (Volume 73, Number 1) is devoted entirely to
articles about Mediation to celebrate its change of title to "The
International Journal of Arbitration, Mediation and Dispute Management".
The contributions are hugely interesting and cover a diverse range of
subjects from contributors in England, Scotland, Australia, Nigeria,
Israel and the USA. If you are not a
